Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with strong experience in Crash Barrier, Road Construction, or Civil Infrastructure Sales.
The ideal candidate will lead business development, handle government liaisoning, manage tendering & bidding, and build strategic relationships with clients and EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow business for Crash Barrier / Road Safety Products in assigned regions.
• Handle B2B and Government clients, EPC contractors, and infrastructure developers.
• Manage tendering, bidding, government liaisoning, and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key accounts.
• Track new infrastructure projects and explore new business opportunities.
• Coordinate internally for smooth order execution and after-sales service.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) / B.Tech – Civil
Experience: 3–7 Years in Sales (Road / Civil / Construction Industry)

Preferred Industry Background:

Candidates from the following sectors will be preferred:

• Crash Barrier / Road Construction / Bitumen / Paints / Signage / Safety Equipment
• Companies similar road safety product manufacturers/distributors

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of Government liaisoning & tendering process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong market networking in infrastructure / EPC sector
Willingness to travel frequently
