Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager, FP&A (South-East Asia) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis for the South East Asia division, which includes 10 countries. Your key role will involve managing corporate reporting and planning requirements, automating financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and improving financial reporting and analytics to support strategic business decisions. You will report to the Division Finance Officer and collaborate closely with finance and business teams to execute the corporate strategy effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the division financial close and forecast by analyzing variances against budget, forecasts, and prior year actuals, providing insightful business commentary, and communicating risks and opportunities in a timely manner. - Develop and update standardized financial reporting packages to drive and support the business, including business metrics and KPIs. - Support strategic planning sessions, develop presentations, and provide analysis for business reviews and senior leadership presentations. - Collaborate with finance business partners to align processes with budget and forecasting cycles, develop priorities and execution plans, and track revenue targets. - Implement financial process improvements by creating and maintaining financial tools for analysis and modeling, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Engage with regional and global functions to address cross-functional issues and ensure alignment with overall direction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, with experience in FP&A, financial systems, or similar roles preferred. - Proficient in Excel, VBA, and data processing software (e.g., Alteryx) with knowledge of financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle). Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus. - Results-oriented and performance-driven mindset with a focus on excellence. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
