Manager Sourcing- (LPD Display)

Job Description

Part Development & Specification Understanding: Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to understand specifications for electrical and electronic components such as control board, media station, laser diode, wiring harnesses, fan assy, vacuum System, touch, mirrors, power supply, CPU, metal parts etc. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation Cost Reduction Initiatives Drive VA/VE efforts to optimize the design and sourcing of of components. Collaborate with suppliers to implement cost-effective and innovative solutions without compromising performance or safety. Supplier Relationship Management & Negotiation Work closely with the Quality and Engineering teams to ensure parts meet performance and safety standards, coordinating testing and validation processes before mass production. Project Management & Development Tracking Delivery & Packaging Coordination Oversee inspections and quality checks before mass production begins, ensuring parts meet the required specifications. Contract Management & Documentation International Trade & Incoterms Compliance & Cross-functional Collaboration 10+yrs of experience in procurement, sourcing or SCM Expertise in handling international suppliers Familiarity with ERP and procurement software, knowledge of TCO, and experience implementing VA/VE initiatives
