Adapt strategies quickly based on changing market dynamics and consumer behaviour. Devise and implement performance marketing plans that align with business goals. Translate marketing objectives into actionable and measurable growth plans with clear KPIs. Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across Facebook, Google, affiliates, and programmatic platforms with a test-and-learn approach. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing strategies and execution. Data-Driven Optimization Growth Hacking: Own the marketing funnel monitor, analyse, and optimize campaigns in real-time for maximum efficiency and ROI. Leverage advanced analytical tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Looker to track performance and uncover actionable insights. A/B test creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Work closely with the analytics team to iterate fast and scale winning strategies.
