Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Monitoring & Gap Analysis:

   Track performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

2. Multi-site Coordination:

   Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.

3. Team Development:

   Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.

4. Project Handover/Takeover:

   Ensure smooth transitions, following defined scopes and protocols.

5. MIS & Documentation:

   Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.

6. Cost Optimization:

   Identify and onboard quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education:

2. B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC)

3. Experience:

   7–10 years of overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management. Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is preferred.

Work Environment:

1. Base Location:
