Manager - Social Impact Consulting

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end social impact consulting engagements: shape program strategy, design MEL frameworks, and oversee implementation to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Design and apply rigorous Theory of Change, logical frameworks, baseline/endline studies and impact evaluation methodologies tailored to project goals.
• Manage stakeholder engagement—build relationships with donors, government partners, NGOs and community leaders to enable program delivery and sustainability.
• Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting: translate quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable insights and donor-ready reports.
• Drive proposal development, scope definition and budgeting for new projects; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and quality assurance standards; mentor junior staff and build capability in MEL best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in social impact / development consulting with responsibility for program design and evaluation.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects and delivering donor-funded reports (e.g., USAID, UK Aid, private foundations).
• Strong analytical capability with familiarity of quantitative and qualitative research methods and common tools for analysis and visualisation.
