Job Description

As a Field Operations Manager at KONE, your role will involve providing a high level of customer satisfaction in the region. You will be responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of the Service Team in the region, ensuring their motivation, continuous development, and achievement against regional targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coaching the technical-oriented Supervisors to be customer-, service-, and result-oriented Line Managers - Selection of personnel, training, and continuous qualification of the employees - Dealing with complaints and continuously supervising customer satisfaction - Developing actions based on market analysis and creating the business plan, including budget planning and control for individual Service Supervisors and product groups In terms of Sales, you will be accountable for the following: 1. Service repairs: Responsible for sales in the Service Sector, monitoring sales results, and analyzing and coordinating sales and return targets 2. Ensuring Renegotiations: Proactive customer care, securing and extending the existing maintenance portfolio, pricing, and profitability of KONE customers 3. Securing NBS Conversions: Proactive process to prevent NBS conversions, ensuring maintenance portfolio extension, pricing, and profitability Additionally, you will oversee that Service Supervisors allocate fitters based on maintenance planning, ensure safety instructions are provided, and that services are provided as per the contract. You will also maintain emergency service organization, conduct technical safety inspections, and facilitate continuous improvement of work processes.
