Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Technical Leadership
- Define and execute composite (data & domain) modeling roadmaps aligned with TD milestones and product development goals.
- Drive adoption of advanced modeling methodologies including ML/DL/AI and drive critical stakeholder discussions with PI/PO/Device/Backend teams.
- Able to clearly articulate the infrastructure/data/compute requirements to cross-functional leaders and secure necessary support for the team's smooth functioning.

- Partner with process engineers, integration teams, and fab stakeholders across global sites to ensure model relevance, scalability, and operational impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, process integration, process development, device engineering or data science.
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering impactful modeling solutions
- Familiarity with fab data warehouses, process control systems, and modeling software
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
