Role & responsibilities: To lead the F&B department in order to provide the highest level of hospitality service. Strives to achieve total patient & customer satisfaction . Controls the cost of the department without compromising the Standard & Quality of food. Organizes, monitors & Controls Inventories. Ensures a proper hand-over or take over as applicable from the shifts. Organizes and manages all the resources within the kitchen and other related areas for day to day operations. Ensures meals prepared for patients, staffs & other catering areas are following all guidelines in relation to temperature, sanitation and presentation. Overcomes patients complaints related to F&B service Resolves problem by taking appropriate action so that the same kind of problem does not arise again. Co- ordinates with all concerned departments to achieve total patient/customer (external & internal) satisfaction
