This team leverage digital marketing channels within paid search landscape to deliver total campaign metrics and optimize ROI for maximum profitability by creating programs from concept to execution or optimizing current programs. Job Summary As a Paid Search Manager, you will be required to manage a team of Analysts and be a contributor for planning, implementation, and optimization of SEM campaigns across multiple business category segments with an enterprise lens. You will work alongside a team of direct reports to execute all SEM media efforts including campaign ideation, setup, optimization, testing, and analysis. You must have knowledge and experience in the ever-changing search ecosystem inclusive of the inter connectivity between SEM, SEO and all other channels and a deep understanding of retail/merchant organizations to ensure our campaigns are directed at priority categories. Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Lead a team of 8-12 analysts and execute a cohesive SEM strategy to drive increased traffic and revenue for Lowe’s Responsible for Executing SEM strategy, reporting, and improved recommendations for automation and scaling Collaborate across other channel leads to boost and complement priorities of the enterprise Understand SEM and have a proven track record of working in an autonomous team structure to drive the right content (marketing-led) and site (tech led) changes to improve traffic Be able to lead a team, analyze complex data sets to identify target audience opportunities, forecast results and budget expectations Regularly review and optimize paid search campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) Works with other digital marketing teams (SEO, Social, Digital Media), to maximize on-site and in-store traffic and revenue Communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and allocation across accounts Years Of Experience 8+ years in a similar role preferably in advertising agency or retail industry Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree – one is marketing on related field is a plus. Master’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms Strong understanding of tracking and attribution models, MMM and measurement platforms like Adobe Analytics Strong analytical and research skills to be able to convert data into actionable insights Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals Experience managing a team along with workflow management (preferably on a platform like Workfront, Jira, etc.) Stay up-to-date on industry best practices to infuse into current campaigns as needed Conduct competitive research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities Expert communication and presentation skills Secondary Skills (desired) Making good and timely decisions that keep work and the organization moving forward Perform in-depth analysis of competitors’ paid search tactics to inform campaign strategies Oversight of marketing budget for paid search program, responsible for delivering projects across the organization on time, on budget and on brand Hands-on experience in third-party/publisher tools for measurement Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
