We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Manager - Fish & Seafood to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, supplier management, and quality assurance of seafood products. You will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, supply chain optimization, and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Sourcing: o Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fish and seafood categories. o Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate long-term contracts. • Supplier Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers. o Ensure supplier compliance with quality, sustainability, and ethical standards. • Procurement Management: o Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including pricing negotiations, volume planning, and inventory control. o Monitor market trends to optimize procurement decisions. • Quality Control: o Ensure seafood products meet the company's quality and safety standards. o Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct regular supplier audits. • Cost Optimization: o Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. o Monitor and control procurement budgets effectively. • Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work closely with the operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
