Manager Sales/Marketing

As a Sales Executive for our company, your role will involve developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers while also identifying new potential partners. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of UPVC products, such as doors, windows, and partitions, to dealers, architects, and contractors. Ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues related to orders, product quality, or service will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback to the management for strategic planning. - Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility. - Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to travel within the region to meet dealers and customers. - Familiarity with the glass or architectural materials industry is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - A passion for sales and a results-driven approach.
