Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales team to achieve targets through effective business development strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer retention. Identify new opportunities for growth by leveraging IPCs, Agreegators, and Property Brokers networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales management initiatives that meet CXO expectations. Oversee coworking operations to ensure seamless delivery of services. Desired Candidate Profile 5-6 years of experience in Sales Management or related field. Proven track record in Business Development, Client Relations, and Sales Execution. Strong understanding of IPCs (Independent Property Consultants), Agreegators, and Property Brokers ecosystem. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
