TECHNOSOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES is looking for MANAGER SALES to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Manage a sales team and ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability Build and maintain customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets Provide sales training and support to the sales team to help them achieve their targets Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback and coaching as needed Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to develop sales and marketing materials and strategies Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Proficiency in using sales and CRM software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team
