Job Description

1. Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets. Initiate leads through sales calls and by leveraging existing network to understand their property requirements 2. Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing - ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year 3. Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects. 4. In collaboration with the Functional Head, meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status 5. Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accounts 6. Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution 8. Monthly sales report for sales done through the month / prospecting done through the month including the source of lead generation Skills/ Competencies 1. Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects. 2. Good selling and negotiation skills 3. Experience in direct sales. 4. Good writing skills 5. Excellent oral communication skills 6. Ability to work under pressure with extremely tight deadlines. 7. Problem-solving attitude 8. Aptitude for fostering positive relationships. 9. Can converse fluently in English, Hindi, Marathi, sound working knowledge of MS Office 10. Teamwork Skills 11. Customer-oriented mind-set 12. Understanding of Real Estate" Technical Skills Knowledge 1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc) 2.
