About the Role

B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    Pan-India B2B sales

    for fragrances and aroma products across multiple segments such as personal care, home care, incense, and industrial applications.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in FMCG, personal care, and related manufacturing sectors.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships by understanding their product development and fragrance requirements.
  • Work closely with the R&D and production teams to customize fragrance solutions based on client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Gather and report on

    market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

    (especially from Indian players such as Anant Fragrance, Imperial Fragrances, Abhinav Perfumers, Keva, etc.).
  • Handle negotiations, order closures, and coordinate logistics and collections with internal teams.
  • Travel extensively across India to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and strategic plans for management review.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Graduate / Postgraduate in Chemistry, Science, or Business Management preferred.
  • Experience:

    5–10 years of

    B2B Sales experience

    in Fragrances, Aroma Chemicals, Essential Oils, or related industries.
  • Should have

    current or recent experience

    with companies such as:
    • Anant Fragrance Pvt. Ltd.
    • Imperial Fragrances & Flavours Pvt. Ltd.
    • Abhinav Perfumers
    • Bromochem Industries Pvt. Ltd.
    • Keva Perfumes & Fragrances
    • Royal Aroma, JK Aromatics, Isak Aromas, Pranav Fragrances, Aromaaz International, Kazima Perfumers, Vanesa Cosmetics, or similar Indian firms.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer networks.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively (Pan India)

    and

    relocate to Hyderabad.
