About the Role Fruit Formulations Pvt Ltd is seeking a results-driven Manager – Sales (HSP - HoReCa Solutions & Partnerships) to drive institutional sales across QSR, café, and hospitality channels. You will lead B2B business development efforts, influence menu adoption, and build strategic relationships with culinary and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities Acquire and grow key QSR, café, and HoReCa accounts Collaborate with R&D to co-create fruit-based menu solutions Lead pricing, contracts, and category penetration strategy Drive regional market expansion (tier 2/3 cities) Ensure CRM hygiene and sales cycle discipline Qualifications MBA (Sales/Agri-Business) or B.Tech in Food Technology/Food Science 5–8 years of B2B institutional sales experience Strong understanding of QSR procurement and product development cycles Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred); knowledge of FSSAI/BRC Fluent in English and at least one regional language Location : Pune (with regional travel) Compensation : ₹12–15 LPA + performance-based incentives Show more Show less
