Job Description

We are hiring a Manager for Sales - FMCG Food - International Business at Vadilal Industries Ltd, based out of the Ahmedabad Corporate Office Position: Manage -Sales (FMCG Food)International Business Department: International Business Reporting- CEO- International Business Bond: 3 Years Salary: Open for discussion. Job description Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the cluster of allocated territories in terms of sales, channel management, new product launches, team management, and its training, etc. Implement sales strategy in line with organizational strategy after discussing with the management. Ensuring achievement of annual sales and other qualitative targets. Provide meticulous sales projections to the reporting head. Ensure market share maintenance and expansion, by leading trade marketing and sales initiatives. Frequent travel and market audit to check for maximum retail presence. Thick line of communication with management, sales team, and distributors for maximum control and grip. To identify new segments and markets in the provided territory. Develop new customers and distributors in assigned territory. Keeping abreast with what is happening within the competitive landscape of the industry and the territories. Keeping a sharp eye on market pricing. Building a database of material resources through market intelligence, thus helping the purchasing department to source the best products. Weekly sales tracking, analysis, and frequent management presentations. Give timely feedback to R&D after analysing market surveillance for any required projects. Desired Candidate Profile: 12-15 Years of experience in the export FMCG industry in distribution channel sales. Post-graduation in Sales & Marketing Management. Experience in handling International Business would be preferable. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. International traveling exposure is preferable but not mandatory. Should have a valid passport. Specific Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
