Client Representation: * Represent clients (buyers, sellers, or renters) in real estate transactions. * Understand client needs, goals, and financial capabilities. * Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities. Negotiation and Transaction: * Negotiate offers, contracts, and purchase agreements. * Facilitate property closings, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met. * Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and escrow companies. General Sales and Customer Service: * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. * Stay informed about market trends, zoning regulations, and real estate laws. * Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success. Commercial Real Estate Specifics: * Conduct market demographic studies, environmental research, and financial analysis for commercial properties. * Advise clients on the best locations for their businesses. * Negotiate leases and sales agreements for commercial properties. * Residential & Commercial both experience * Specializing in commercial sales. 3 to 5 years of Experience into Real Estate industry
