Manager - Renewable Energy - Advisory - Pan India

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, bid advisory, and tariff modeling for solar PV or RE + BESS projects/ alternative fuel projects
• Advise clients on policy frameworks, regulatory matters, and private sector participation in energy storage for utility-scale and decentralized BESS deployments/ alternative fuel or bioenergy.

Skills Required

• Prepare investment-grade feasibility reports and business plans
• Strong analytical and functional skills in power systems and financial modeling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing capabilities
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualification

• B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Power Systems + MBA or M.Tech in Energy Systems/ Renewables.

Must Experience

• Minimum 7+ years total experience.
• At least 5+ years in the Renewable Energy sector.
• Prior experience in Green Hydrogen/ Battery Energy Storage/ Bioenergy or Alternate fuels is must.

Advantage:

• Prior experience in management consulting is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with international development agency formats (ADB, World Bank, etc.)
• Technical assessments including load flow, harmonics, and grid integration, or feasibility for floating solar/ battery energy storage
• Past experience in solar parks/ pumped hydro storage/ floating solar/ battery or pumped hydro energy storage/ e-mobility/ green Hydrogen/ bioenergy
