Qualifications : MBA/PGDM from Reputed Universities/Institutions preferred. Job Summary Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with an engineering background to lead our Bangalore recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles, and will develop effective recruitment strategies, manage the team, and ensure successful talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies; analyze market trends; forecast hiring needs. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop recruiters; set goals; foster a collaborative culture. Talent Sourcing: Oversee active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms; manage mass mailing and job posting campaigns. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers; align recruitment with organizational goals; report to senior leadership. Process Improvement: Enhance recruitment processes; ensure legal compliance; maintain ATS accuracy. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics; prepare reports; use data for decision-making. Qualifications Good Academic Background, MBA Preferred. 12-15 years of recruiting experience, including leadership roles (Mandatory) Proven experience in recruitment strategies and platforms Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Preferred Skills Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
