The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of front-end architecture, user interface design, and modern web technologies. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, Frontend developers, and other stakeholders is essential to ensure the delivery of high-performance web applications. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 9+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js. Prior experience in leading teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Proven ability to develop and maintain scalable web applications. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage and guide a team of developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Skill Requirements: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model. Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Flux. Familiarity with modern ECMAScript specifications. Proficiency in data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with modern authentication mechanisms like JSON Web Token (JWT). Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Gulp. Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design. Strong experience with Agile development methodologies. Primary Responsibilities: As a React.js Manager , your key responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a team of React.js developers, ensuring high-quality output. Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable front-end solutions for web applications. Collaborating with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces. Conducting code reviews, enforcing best coding practices, and maintaining high development standards. Developing reusable components and front-end libraries for maintainability and scalability. Optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers. Working closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration. Implementing modern security practices and performance optimizations. Providing technical leadership, training, and mentorship to junior developers.
