JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of new Film & BOPP and Polyolefins products Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polymer science, material development, and product commercialization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute research and development projects to create new Film & BOPP and Polyolefins products. 2. Lead a team of R&D professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project execution. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to identify market needs and develop products that meet customer requirements. 4. Design and conduct experiments to develop and optimize new products, including formulation, processing, and testing. 5. Analyze data, interpret results, and draw conclusions to inform product development decisions. 6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, test methods, and technical reports. 7. Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers and research institutions, to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends. 8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. 9. Develop and manage budgets for R&D projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution. Requirements: 1. Master's or Ph.D. in Polymer Science/ B.Tech in Polymer 2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in R&D, product development. 3. Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, material science, and product development. 4. Experience with Film & BOPP and Polyolefins products development. 5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
