Job Description

Location:

QA / QC Leader (Manager Quality)

What Youll Do

Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
,
SOC 1
, and
SOC 2
standards
Drive
SOC audit readiness
and manage internal/external quality audits
Conduct
root cause analysis
and implement
corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Collaborate closely with
Operations, Product, IT, and Finance
teams to embed quality practices across all functions
Track and report
quality KPIs
, process improvements, and audit outcomes to senior leadership
Promote a
culture of quality excellence
and continuous improvement across teams

What Youll Bring

Master’s degree
in Engineering, Quality, or Management
10+ years
of hands-on experience in Quality Management, preferably in service or tech-driven environments
Strong understanding of SOC 1 & SOC 2
frameworks with 3–4 years managing SOC audits
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications (any two):

Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (ASQ)
Six Sigma Certification (IASSC or ASQ)
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Project Management Professional (PMI)
Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ)
