Role & responsibilities Managing Department KBI, KDI and subordinates KRA as per company long term & short term plans and its Quarterly Review to the management. Handling Customer Complaint for Mechanical Goods and implementing CAPA at floor level. Specifying deviations and ensuring proper corrective actions by initiating Problem Investigation Forms and utilizing CAPA in compliance with policies, procedures and regulations. Identifying process and systems improvements, participating in teams and coordinating ad hoc projects to improve and support order management. Engineering Drawing study to resolve drawing and tolerance related issue with Design and R&D Team as per product requirement & final assembly. Measure customer satisfaction regularly. Establishing critical limits, procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; and monitoring inventories. Preferred candidate profile Education: Education: A Experience: Several years of experience in quality assurance or a related role are usually necessary. Certifications: Certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001, can enhance your qualifications. Industry-Specific Knowledge: Depending on the industry, specific knowledge of industry standards and regulations may be required.
