Job description Manage and develop team of engineers, supervisors and operators to meet the product process quality requirements. Collaborate with incoming material quality teams, procurement and supply chain teams to identify, intimate, and resolve material quality issues to improve overall product quality. Develop and implement quality control procedures for in-process production, and finished goods produced by Tejas Networks factories. Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data and metrics related to processes and products. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Mandatory skills: Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards. Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or IPC-A-610. Experience in supplier relationship management and supplier performance improvement initiatives. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. Desired skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 10 to 15 Years experience in EMS Quality Assurance Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
