Develop and implement purchasing and inventory management strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a reliable and competitive supply base. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for production and timely delivery of finished goods to customers. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve purchasing performance. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
