Manager project IT (SAP)

As a Project Manager IT (SAP), your role will involve overseeing the successful implementation of SAP projects. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Minimum 2 end to end SAP Implementation as project manager. - Providing Application strategy & direction on all SAP services. - Ensuring all SAP application services are available within the prescribed services levels. - Ensuring the ICT suppliers are compliant with their change management protocols related to SAP environment (both management and technical). - Ensuring the ICT suppliers have full control and management of their supply chain within the SAP environment. - Working closely with the ICT suppliers to determine the SAP applications roadmap and service delivery processes. - Acting as an intermediary between Business process owners and the SAP support organization in relation to development, implementation, and support of SAP functionality. - Taking responsibility to ensure the continuity of SAP Processes. - Managing both application and infrastructure effectively. - Having an excellent understanding of SAP solutions and the consulting business processes and functions. - Managing the relationship with functional and technical consultants. - Focusing on Incident Management, Route Cause Analysis, and SAP change Management processes during the first phases of the Go Live. - Maintaining contact with LoB Heads, BPOs, Power Users, and advising on the functional and technical feasibility regarding Request for Changes. - Managing the relationship with functional and technical consultants to provide incident resolution and development services. - Ensuring procedures, quality assurance, templates, and documentation according to the current SAP standards. - Participating in User Group meetings with business to balance the requirements of the BPOs functional owner with planning, priority, and budget. - Staying well conversant with SAP developments in the functional area. - Informing and planning new developments in SAP with Module Leads. - Maintaining the integrity, manageability, and architectural aspects of the SAP systems. - Reviewing and guiding on Solution Maps for functional and technical issues/challenges. - Implementing Security Policy in the SAP environment. - Managing IT Operations, IT Service Delivery, IT Security, IT Cost savings, Budget control, and IT Process Control efficiently.
