Manager - Production

As an Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning and execution of various events. Your responsibilities will include: - Working on Briefs & Costings: - Receive and understand briefs from the Client Service person, and collaborate with the Creative team when necessary. - Propose innovative and executable ideas, exploring new technologies for events. - Prepare costings based on the brief and design elements, ensuring cost-effectiveness. - Create a detailed cost sheet. - Collaborate with other departments, particularly Client Service and Creative. - Maintain Venue banks for different types of events. - Event Execution: - Plan and strategize effectively for events. - Conduct a recce if necessary upon event confirmation. - Design the layout of the event. - Coordinate with vendors for all event requirements. - Prepare a Production Schedule and ensure its implementation. - Ensure adequate manpower, such as Promoters, for the event. - Supervise the event set up to align with the Production Schedule. - Ensure on-site quality meets the client's expectations. - Oversee the dismantle process post-event. - Take the initiative to finalize all costs at the event's conclusion. - Vendor Management: - Source vendors for various event needs. - Obtain competitive quotes while working on costings. - Manage Vendor Contracts and Agreements. - Negotiate costs and resources with vendors and other agencies. - Coordinate timely material delivery with vendors. - Maintain a Vendor Database for future reference. Your role will be critical in ensuring the seamless coordination and successful outcome of events.,
