Manager - Product Usage Analytics, Workflows

Role Overview: As the Manager - Product Usage Analytics, Workflows within the D&A Business Insights team at LSEG, your primary responsibility is to generate actionable insights, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to inform strategic and operational decision making. Your focus will be on supporting the Workflows business by providing usage insights to the product organizations to help improve the overall value proposition and achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Deep understanding of how data insights & analytics can advise business decisions & processes. - Ability to form positive relationships with colleagues at senior levels, understand their current business challenges and opportunities, and provide guidance on using data-driven frameworks for critical decision making. - Lead analytics projects from start to finish, including defining objectives, understanding data requirements, analysis, and results presentation. - Communicate insights & recommendations concisely to a senior audience. - Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for the business. - Identify opportunities for improving data quality and reporting. - Exhibit intellectual curiosity and strong analytical reasoning skills. - Collaborative approach & positive attitude. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. - Experience in writing SQL and using Alteryx for data extraction from the data warehouse (Snowflake). - Ability to explain technical subjects to colleagues. - Comfortable working with large data sets.
