Job Description

The Manager - Product and Research in the Private Wealth Division will be responsible for developing and managing investment products, conducting in-depth market and investment research, and providing insights to enhance wealth management strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and client needs to support the private wealth team in delivering high quality advisory and wealth solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - To assist with due diligence and onboarding of new products. - To assist with continuous monitoring and evaluation of existing product recommendations. - To assist sales team with product related queries, be involved in training existing & new teams on a case-to-case basis. - To analyse and Data mine to generate relevant reports and outputs to assist the sales team as well as management team with business decisions. - To assist sales team with portfolio analysis for existing & prospective large clients. - To prepare product one pagers and sales focused presentations to enable sales team to garner business. - To conduct secondary research and assist with preparation of research notes and presentations for the sales team Personnel Specification: - Education: MBA in Finance/CA/CS - Experience: 3 - 8 Years' experience in investment management or related financial services roles. Skill Sets: - Communication Skills (Must be multilingual with excellent communication) - Market knowledge (understand the dynamics of financial business) - Resourcefulness - Convincing Skills - Analytical skills - Excellent understanding of Financial product ie Mutual Fund , Equity , PMS , AIF , Structured product etc. - To apply , you are require to be in Product & Research role from any Investment / Financial Services / Broking / Fund Houses / NBFC comapny only
