We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Evaluation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the evaluation, testing, and analysis of seed products to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with customer needs and market trends. This role requires expertise in agricultural product management, data analysis, and a deep understanding of seed product characteristics. The Product Evaluation Manager will collaborate with various teams including RD, marketing, and sales to enhance our product offerings and ensure that they meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Seed Product Evaluation Testing: Lead the evaluation process for new and existing seed products. Develop and execute testing protocols to assess seed quality, germination rates, performance, and suitability for different environments. Conduct trials in varied conditions to measure seed performance against competitors. Analyze seed growth patterns, yields, and other critical performance metrics. Data Analysis Reporting: Gather and analyze data from seed trials, field studies, and market feedback. Provide comprehensive reports and insights to senior management and other departments. Use statistical tools to draw conclusions from evaluation data and guide product development strategies. Collaboration Stakeholder Management: Work closely with RD teams to provide feedback on seed performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product evaluations with customer demands and market trends. Liaise with suppliers and external partners to ensure that seed products meet company standards. Product Strategy Development: Provide strategic recommendations for the development of new seed products based on evaluation data. Help identify market needs and contribute to product innovation. Assist in the formulation of product improvement plans based on customer feedback and trial results. Quality Assurance Compliance: Ensure that all seed products meet regulatory standards and industry quality guidelines. Maintain records of seed evaluations and ensure adherence to best practices in product testing and trials. Market Intelligence Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in seed product evaluation. Monitor competitor products and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for improvement.
