Role Description Responsible for End to End SCM from receipt of Order till dispatch execution. Good knowledge of vendors supplying raw materials, parts & semi assembled goods for manufacturing Room air conditioners. Identifying new suppliers of the above Good negotiation skill to ensure finalization of favourable price and volume with suppliers. Good knowledge in RAC assembly section to ensure timely supply of material for uninterrupted continues production. Gook knowledge and experience in import of raw materials from International sources. Good knowledge in Import and export procedures, LC and payment terms. Managing proper pre-shipping inspection and timely follow up with vendors for smooth supply of materials. Should be highly skilled in inventory management for local and import parts Planning and advising management on fund management for pan India purchase and international procurement. Should be a proactive planner with abilities in delivering & sustaining revenue & profits Should possess good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to build a positive relationship with vendors. Requirements are: 10+ years' experience of working on a Procurement (RAC) Significant experience with Sourcing Significant experience in Room Air Conditioner manufacturing Good knowledge of SAP , MS Office and ERP systems Strong math and statistics skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Good communication abilities
