Purpose of the role - To facilitate the Third-party procurement through Identifying potential CMOs and evaluation of existing CMOs for the existing Finished dosage formulations and new pipeline FGs to support business. Job Description - Identification, Selection, and finalization of the vendor for in licensing of the products for the product Launch Manage cost effectively to maintain target gross contribution Reduce contract manufacturing transfer costs and reduction of overall cost on a year-on-year basis Maintain target Inventory days through effective tracking and forecasting of demand. To ensure on-time supply of existing as well as new production plan. To co-ordinate with QA team for completion of periodic vendor audit of existing TP/LL sites as per the requirement and compliance verification. Ensure all products complaint are timely Investigated, report is submitted and CAPA to be submitted within the time frame. Hands on experience of SAP system should be aware of T-codes which are required in the function. Ensure Legal, Supply contracts in place To deal with SNOP, QA/QC and regulatory team members for timely delivery and fulfil the business requirements through standard processes Generate relevant and accurate data/reports for efficient Leadership decision making process Qualification - Science /Commerce graduate with MBA Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of work exp in direct procurement and CMO management
