Roles and Responsibilities Manage Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) activities to ensure timely delivery of products. Develop and maintain accurate material requirements plans, schedules, and inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production scheduling and minimize stockouts or overstocking. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, Excel reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement in PPIC processes. Implement process improvements using tools like Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, etc. Desired Candidate Profile 8-12 years of experience in PPIC management in an auto components industry setting. Strong understanding of ERP systems and ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Excel. Experience with Inventory Control principles, including forecasting techniques and supply chain optimization strategies.
