Job Description

Responsibilities Develop comprehensive construction project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Lead a team of planners, schedulers, and coordinators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. Monitor construction progress and performance to identify deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions. Prepare regular reports on project status, including key performance indicators and metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements throughout the construction process. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize construction planning processes and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches into construction planning activities. Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development. Qualifications Behavioural Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Adaptability and resilience in handling challenges. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards. Non-Negotiable Skills: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
