Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills Organized, proactive, and driven to achieve outcomes independently Adaptable, flexible, and dedicated, with the capacity to manage workload effectively Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset Familiarity with different recruitment platforms and tools Understanding of the current job market, trends, and the demands of different industries Required Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in placement management, recruitment, or career services, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment Key Responsibilities: Cultivating and nurturing new clientele and manage relationships with existing corporate clients To improve the quality of placements in terms of job opportunities, quality of companies that visit the campus and increase the average salaries year on year To correspond to prospective companies and invite for campus interview/online interview Advocate students as and when required to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements Arrange Industry Visits, Guest Lectures and On Job Training for the students community To achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, summer internships and live projects Maintaining a database of student profiles, employers, job opportunities, and placement statistics
