Job Description

As an experienced candidate with 4 to 5 years of total experience, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: - Reconciling earnings and deduction totals - Reviewing output registers and reports and correcting out-of-balance conditions - Ensuring that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc. - Independently coordinating and communicating with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties - Managing smooth onboarding and Audit process as per defined guidelines - Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies - Collaborating with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams - Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports To qualify for this role, you should possess the following skills: - Organizational and leadership skills - Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed, thinking and acting independently while also being team-oriented - Good follow-up skills, adaptability to process changes, and a strong sense of importance and ownership Additionally, the preferred educational background for this position is any Commerce Graduate.,
