Role Overview
As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic allianceswith banks, NBFCs and lending institutions. The role involves managing partner relationships,leading sales initiatives, and growing product penetration in Loan, and Credit Card, domains.The ideal candidate has strong experience in banking or lending products, has managed endto-end partnership cycles, and can lead a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and
financial service providers.
- Drive sales performance across loan, credit card products through partner
channels.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to structure
commercial terms and product offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the partnership and sales execution team.
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plans to achieve
revenue and volume targets.
- Monitor partner performance, pipeline, conversions, and customer
acquisition trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and partner
SLAs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify product enhancement or new
collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationship management to ensure long-term partner
engagement and trust.
Qualification
- Education: - Graduate in any discipline, MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience Required
- Minimum: Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking, credit cards, loans, or lending
domain.
- Preferred: 7–10 years of total experience in financial services.
Hands-on experience in managing channel or partnership-driven business models.
Technical Requirements
Mandatory:
- Strong knowledge of loan, credit products.
- Experience in banking or NBFC partnerships.
- Proven track record of sales target achievement.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, Excel reports, and sales dashboards.
- Capability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Preferred:
- Exposure to fintech ecosystems or digital lending platforms.
- Experience working with underwriting, credit evaluation, or risk teams.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in BFSI.
