Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our beauty products manufacturing/distribution facility in Okhla Phase 3. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production, inventory, logistics, and team coordination in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across production, packaging, and dispatch departments.
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and minimize wastage.
• Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Work closely with quality control and R&D teams to maintain product quality.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle logistics coordination for timely delivery to distributors, salons, and e-commerce partners.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of supply chain and production processes in the beauty industry.

Pay: ₹16,300.33 - ₹61,405.00 per month
