Manager Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of an advanced diagnostic center at KP Imaging. Your main focus will be ensuring smooth workflow, enhancing patient experience, and managing staff efficiency while upholding the highest standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of diagnostic services including PET-CT, Gamma Camera, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray to ensure seamless functioning. - Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal workforce utilization. - Implement and maintain operational policies, compliance protocols, and quality control measures. - Improve patient service experience by streamlining processes and reducing wait times. - Coordinate with radiologists, technicians, and administrative staff to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor inventory, procurement, and maintenance of medical equipment. - Handle customer feedback, grievances, and maintain a patient-centric approach. - Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors, referring doctors, and healthcare institutions. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a diagnostic center or hospital. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of medical regulations, NABH/NABL accreditation standards is a plus. - Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office.
