Job Description

Finance / Business Responsible for preparing operational policies for smooth running of operations across the department. Preparation of MIS reports Responsible for preparing statistical data on operational activities and submitting it to top management. Participate with the medical staff and senior management in the development and implementation of strategic plans and responsibility of P&L for respective departments Prepare documentation and projections to support the operating and capital budget planning process. People Coaches staff in problem solving, effective communication strategies, and conflict resolution, mentoring and career path opportunities. Partnering with all departments to create the best outcome for the patient and family centered experience. Responsible for performance evaluation of staff. Customer Support internal departments to manage expectation, reduced expense, determine priorities, develop workflow and ensure best results for the organization. Establish and attain challenging / achievable patient care, safety and education and customer service goals while maintaining financial viability. Operations Oversee team adherence to standard policies, systems & procedures Act as an escalation point for all Operational issues and take suitable action by interfacing with the concerned stakeholders to obtain timely resolutions Spearhead an organization wide process re-engineering initiative to enhance operational efficiency and work on patient delight through operational excellence. Take up operations audit as an initiative across all units and restructure the operations team structure. Responsible for conducting meetings of departments at regular intervals. Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time. Educational Qualifications: Masters in Health care management (MHM) / MBA in Operations Work Experience 5+ years of experience in health care industry Knowledge of strategic planning and execution Knowledge in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedure Strong team leadership skills and ability to positively influence and inspire teams Expected Deliverables Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Documentation and Compliance Streamlining of systems and process and ensure adherence to the same Team Management and Development
