Manager One S4 IT DevOps Supply Chain Finance

As an IT Manager specializing in SAP S/4 Finance Costing & Budgeting at Kenvue, you will be responsible for identifying technology enablers, researching and promoting technology solutions, developing task estimates and activity plans, recommending cost-saving solutions, investigating complex system problems, designing solutions, configuring systems, monitoring quality standards, providing status reports, and collaborating with business partners and project managers to define technical requirements and deploy solutions. Your key responsibilities will include the implementation and support of Costing modules such as Product Costing, Margin Analysis (COPA), Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, and integrating them with Financial Accounting & Supply Chain/Logistics applications. You will troubleshoot system defects, perform root cause analysis, configure/correct code, test, document, and deploy transports using SAP Solution Manager for change and release management. Additionally, you will actively participate in change control, ensure quality of change requests, completion of change orders, and supervise testing cycles. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP Finance & Costing implementation and support. Experience in Agile methodologies, change and release management using SAP Solution Manager, and team-leading is also required. Experience in large-scale SAP ERP transformational projects, integration with third-party non-SAP applications, familiarity with Fiori and Apps catalog, and proficiency in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Cost planning and its integration with S/4 HANA are desired qualifications.
