Roles and Responsibilities Develop new products by conducting market research, analyzing consumer insights, and identifying opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products that meet customer needs. Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure quality standards are met. Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in food technology or related field (NPD). B.Sc (Food Technology) / MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Any Specialization. Strong understanding of innovation & creativity principles applied to product development. Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
