Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure integrated and coordinated care that meets the highest standards of patient safety and quality. Oversee the commissioning and operations of the facility/project, including infrastructure finalization, service line identification, and procurement of equipment and instruments. Supervise civil works, finalize service providers, and manage complete operations. Monitor and ensure adherence to standardized processes for the administration and operations of various departments. Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Work with the Medical Director to discuss and execute strategic planning for process improvement. Create and implement department strategic plans that align with the company-wide strategic plan and business objectives. Evaluate current operational practices for optimal efficacy and implement necessary improvements. Identify and initiate performance improvement initiatives and manage organizational change effectively. Execute strategic actions as directed by the Medical Director. Develop and oversee the implementation of internal policies and procedures in conjunction with the Medical Director, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Identify utilization issues and share findings with relevant teams to facilitate system optimization. Work with Administrators and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of IT, facility maintenance, security, front office operations. Provide effective team and project management, including overseeing project completion timelines, monitoring project costs, and ensuring patient needs are met. Liaise with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure operational budgets are met. Maintain strong relationships with third parties, including vendors, financial institutions, and suppliers, to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of products and services. Provide outstanding leadership to team members, including coaching and development opportunities to maximize work output and quality. Identify patterns and problem areas, implementing effective solutions to increase efficiency. Work with the Medical Director and other Heads of Functions to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities, and targets. Generate ideas about future activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and trends. Monitor day-to-day hospital operations within defined work areas, including strategic resource planning. Establish, maintain, and report on metrics that demonstrate the value and quality delivered to patients. Develop, monitor, and report on quality indicators for all concerned departments. Ensure that departments meet or exceed established quality benchmarks. Oversee compliance with all statutory and legal regulations across departments. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal standards. Coordinate and manage training programs to meet hospital accreditation standards . Ensure that staff is adequately trained on hospital accreditation standards guidelines and protocols. Any other additional responsibility assigned by management.
