Job Description

We are #hiring!Position: Manager-Monitoring and EvaluationOrganisation: A leading non profitExperience: 3-5 years of exp in social/development sectorQualification: Masters degree in Social Work/Other graduation coursesLocation: Mumbai

Manage Program M&E includes but not limited
Feed the Impact data to CEO for fundraising efforts and create impact ppts
Attend seminar & conferences to update the internal team on sector related M&E discussions and trends
Update yourself on regular manners through trainings and self learning
Contribute to team members in their fundraising efforts and provide relevant support during key fundraising pitch
Work with the communications team to create compelling narratives and impact stories that resonate with donors and stakeholders.
Represent the organization at relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events as and when required
Support the management in strategic planning and organizational development.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of working in the development/non-profit sector with at least 2 years of work experience in operations
Good understanding of M&E, statistics, and community work
Excellent eye for data, details, and factual narrative writing
Good understanding of problem solving, documentation, and report writing skills
Good understanding of working on tech tools such as excel, word, CRM, and data collection application
