Job Title: Manager - Management Information Systems (MIS) Location: Maraimalai Nagar (Near SRM University) Job Summary: The Manager - MIS will be responsible for overseeing the organization's management information systems, ensuring the effective collection, processing, and analysis of data to support strategic decision-making. This role involves managing MIS operations, implementing new technologies, and ensuring data integrity and security. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement MIS strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of MIS infrastructure and applications. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of data within the MIS. Collaborate with various departments to identify and meet their information needs. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Manage the development and maintenance of MIS reports and dashboards. Supervise and mentor MIS staff, providing guidance and support. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for MIS-related projects. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MIS and related technologies. Qualifications: MBA (Preferred) Minimum of 12 years of experience in MIS Manufacturing industries Strong knowledge of MIS principles, practices, and technologies. Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
