Manager – Microbiology

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Microbiology at Cultivator Phytolab. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the field.

• Manage and oversee microbiology operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement new methods and techniques to enhance microbial testing and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Supervise and guide junior staff members to ensure high-quality results.
• Ensure all laboratory activities adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality control procedures.

• Strong knowledge of microbiology principles, including bacterial and fungal biology.
• Experience with microbial testing and analysis using various techniques such as plate counting, bacterial endotoxin test, and sterility testing.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control procedures is essential.
