Manager Merchandising

As the Manager Merchandising for our Garments Manufacturing Company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire product development process, from conceptualization to delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify fashion trends and consumer preferences, collaborating with design teams for new collections, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating for cost and quality. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating budgets, controlling production costs, planning production schedules, and ensuring timely order management. Your role will also involve setting quality standards, inspecting production stages for quality control, overseeing sample development, approving samples for production, and forecasting inventory demands using data analytics. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, including transport and shipping, while ensuring compliance with trade rules. To be successful in this role, you must possess 2 to 5 years of experience in woven products and hold a degree in any field. You should have a proven track record of driving strategic decisions, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
