Job Title: Manager – Medical Affairs Location: Mumbai Experience: 4–7 Years Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Medical, Life Sciences, Pharma, or related fields About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Medical Affairs to lead engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across partner hospitals. This role involves building strong relationships with senior doctors and healthcare professionals, presenting clinical research, and advocating for our innovative solutions aimed at enhancing patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with KOLs including senior doctors and department heads. Present clinical research, evidence, and product features in a credible and impactful manner. Act as the medical liaison between internal teams and the healthcare community. Gather feedback on product performance and support integration into hospital workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and R&D teams on engagement strategy. Track, report, and analyze KOL interactions and their impact on business outcomes. Requirements: 4–7 years of experience in KOL engagement, medical affairs, or healthcare partnerships. Strong knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare ecosystems. Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively (15+ days/month).
